The Requirement

The requirement was to have mobile communications automated as much as possible, from transaction alerts, CRM Notifications, OTP passwords to Internet banking notifications.

This was achieved by IP Integrated’s best-in-class app DB Connector. Through its point & click interface, ability to connect to & correlate information from disparate databases, Diamond Bank achieved its objectives quickly, seamlessly  using a single interface for all its automated alerts & notifications.

Further to their requirements, their contact Center needed a system for 2-way communication with their customers using a short-code. WebSMS was deployed in conjunction with their short-code to achieve this.  

The Numerator feature on WebSMS is deployed by Contact Center operatives to verify GSM numbers at account creation.

The functionalities of WebSMS were of further use to Media & Corporate communications whereby, through bulk broadcasts, cost-effective communications with their large customer base was easily executed.
